Raimey was getting a little irritated with the hospital gown.
Okay, maybe mommy was too.
So, mommy busted out of the hospital for a couple hours,
took a shuttle to a Wal-Mart and found some much better girly-girl hospital attire.
Tinkerbell jammies beat hospital gowns any day of the week.
Grandma had brought the purple slippers that Raimey's
been wearing to the play room and through the halls each day.
She loves all the comments from her fans.
On the weekends, the play room isn't open
as long as usual so we had extra time on our hands.
So, Grandma taught Raimey how to drive.
She even found her silly streak again.
She is continuing to do so well with her recovery.
Since she went a day without needing pain meds, they even removed her IV.
She still has a PICC line giving her nutrition...
but the talk is that she will get her first meal tomorrow
if her incision site looks good.
